The Society of Broadcast Engineers is raising the bar for education in the industry.

The SBE provides more and more relevant, affordable education to its members using various instructional methods. These programs are designed to help broadcast engineers keep up with the ever-changing demands of the job and the industry, help prepare for SBE Certification and qualify for SBE recertification. These one-day workshops were created in 1991 through the Ennes Educational Foundation Trust in an effort to bring affordable education to members locally.

The SBE offers online project management courses from the Project Management Institute® at a discount to members of the SBE.

Each course integrates text, graphics, interactive exercises, videos, practice exams, web references, readings and more to help learners quickly retain lessons. An “Ask the Expert” feature also provides on-going support, allowing you to ask questions about course content and receive an answer from a subject matter expert within 24 hours.

Participants successfully completing the PMP Exam Prep course earn 35 Professional Development Units and are well prepared for the PMP® certification exam. Or, if you already have your PMP® certification, select from many other online courses and simulations to earn 3.5-25 PDU’s to maintain your certification.
